QUALITY CONTROL PHASES
OUR QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS
- For a high-quality pet food, the raw material is as important as the formula. Certified raw materials, carefully selected from our national and international suppliers, are delivered to our factory after passing all the necessary tests. In our quality control laboratory, raw material analyzes are carried out in accordance with the specifications. The suitability of these analysis results for production and our quality is checked and, if approved, they are included in production.
- We check the suitability of the food for pet health by performing physical, chemical and microbiological quality control analyzes at all stages of our production. In addition to the physical, chemical and microbiological properties of the products, palatability and easy digestibility are among the most important points for our pet friends.
- Working in coordination with our production unit, we carry out chemical analyzes (crude protein, crude oil, crude fiber, crude ash, moisture, starch, free fatty acids rate, peroxide value) with wet analysis methods in our laboratories, and We test these results for accuracy using parallel analysis and NIR (near infra-red spectroscopy) device.
- In the other part of the analysis, while we examine the samples in terms of Enterobactericeae spp. and Salmonella, which are among the microbiological quality criteria, we also evaluate the toxicological conditions of mycotoxin (aflatoxin) contamination, mold-yeast, pesticides, etc. Finally, we test the sustainability of the features of our products at high quality standards through physical evaluations (density, homogeneity, shape integrity, diameter-length dimensions) and past production comparisons (product archive), and we approve the finished product with the final control.
